Merchant responsibilities

Merchants remain responsible for product accuracy, legal pricing, fulfilment, customer communications and their Shopify terms.

Fees

Subscription and applicable Deal-order usage fees are disclosed in Shopify App Pricing and accepted during installation.

Availability

We maintain reasonable safeguards but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; the merchant remains responsible for order operations.
