What happens when you uninstall and reinstall
Your store history is retained for recovery and audit purposes.
On uninstall
NegotiaCart marks the store as uninstalled and disables active service paths. It does not immediately delete your configuration and audit history.
On reinstall
Shopify authorization reconnects the existing store record. Your prior configuration and operational history can be recovered without creating a duplicate store account.

For privacy requests, use Shopify's required data workflow or contact support from the app. Do not send customer payment information by email.
