Status messages
A shopper receives the configured transactional message when an offer is accepted, countered or declined. The message explains the next step without revealing your policy floor.
Shopify invoice
For an accepted or countered Deal, NegotiaCart creates a Shopify Draft Order and sends its native invoice. The shopper pays on Shopify's secure checkout, not in NegotiaCart.
Expiry
An invoice and its related Deal can expire. If the customer returns after expiry, ask them to submit a new offer or review the situation in the Deal desk before recreating an invoice.
