Review, counter or close a Deal manually
Use the Deal desk for sales-assisted pricing decisions.
Open the Deal desk
In the embedded app, go to Deals and filter for Awaiting review. Open a Deal to see its verified cart snapshot, requested total and policy context.
Make a decision
Choose Accept, Counter or Decline. When you counter, use an amount that preserves the commercial outcome you want. The decision is stored with the operator and timestamp.
Send the next step
Accepted and countered Deals produce a Shopify Draft Order invoice. If the shopper needs a reminder, use the invoice resend action rather than creating a separate order manually.
