Why an offer was countered, declined or expired

Use the Deal audit trail to distinguish a policy outcome from a live-cart change.

Read the Deal timeline

Open the Deal in the app. Its timeline records the policy outcome, decision actor, expiry and invoice state.

Check live values

A request may be declined if stock changed, the price changed, a variant is no longer eligible, the cart currency differs, or the requested total falls outside the configured rules.

Correct the policy, not the past

Update the policy for future Deals. Do not edit a completed Draft Order to imitate a different NegotiaCart decision; create or review a new Deal instead.
