Trial, subscription and Deal commission
Understand the seven-day trial, plan fee and 1% paid-Deal charge.
Trial
The first installation for a store receives seven days of trial access. Trial use is retained after uninstall, so reinstalling the same store does not create repeated introductory periods.
Subscription
After trial, the selected Shopify App Pricing subscription applies. Plan approval, renewal and payment are handled by Shopify.
Success fee
The standard success fee is charged only for eligible Deals that become paid Shopify orders. Your current billing status and plan preference are visible in the app Billing section.
